Twenty six years ago when I drew this home, I was told that this yellow brick mansion was built from a kit by Sears Roebuck and Company. It seems strange that such a grand place could be ordered from a Sears catalog! you're right that the overall structure looks very similar to the Magnolia. Perhaps only the functions differ from each other.
But wow! I mean... 26 years is a long time. And it look as good as ever!
